 I can't delete or rename a list // I can't open the app anymore

Please delete the database folder (attention: this will delete all of your saved lists):

First close all applications from GENOA.

Go into applications

-> Files

-> File folders

-> Media Card

-> Databases

-> Select the GENOA folder

-> Press the "BB menu" key

-> Press "delete"

Afterwards try again.

 A list shows 100% without entries

Please delete the database folder as shown above.

 I'm unable to run this app

You need a working SD-card with free space in your BlackBerry.

Please try to reboot (battery out and in again).

Next check if the app has all the rights it needs:

Go into Options

-> Applications

-> Select the app

-> Press the "BB menu" key

-> Go into application permissions

-> Set everything to "allowed"
