 How can I use Find My Phone?

After downloading open the app to set it up.
Choose and enter your keyword in the commands section (default set to "findme ring" and find me locate"), also choose the mode of ringing/flashing/vibrating.

Once set up Find My Phone will run in the background and you don't have to reopen it beside you want to change your keywords or settings.
If you lose your phone you can send an Email containing your keyword from any Email address to your phone and it will react.
If you mail the "findme" keyword it will ring, flash and vibrate.
If you send the "locateme" keyword you will get back an Email with a Google maps link with the location of your phone.

 "No current GPS location" Email returns.

This message is generated when Find My Phone did not have GPS coordinates yet.
Due to the nature of GPS, this can happen inside buildings or on cloudy days.
This will work once Find My Phone has seen a GPS satellite.

 Can Find My Phone ring when the phone is in silent mode?

Find My Phone will let the device ring, flash and vibrate no matter the current settings.

 Can you track my phone since I forgot my keyword?

Please choose your keywords carefully, write them down if you tend to forget things like that easily. We take privacy very serious and don't track our costumers phones.

 Which Email address shall I use?

Find My Phone will try to read from the primary Email address you specified on your device.

 I can't purchase at AppWorld.

 I'm unable to run this app. / The setup is not working.

You neede a working SD-card with free space in your BlackBerry.

Please try to reboot (battery out and in again).

Next check if the app has all the rights it needs:

Go into options

-> Applications

-> Select the app

-> Press the "BB menu" key

-> Go into application permissions

-> Set everything to "allowed"

Afterwards try again.
