FAQ - Screensender deluxe

 How can I use ScreenSender Deluxe?

The app will automatically take a screenshot whenever it is started.
There are 2 ways to use it:

1) Put it on a convenience key for easy access everywhere.
2) Use the menu button and select Screen Sender (at the top). Note that this only works with default Applications that came with your BlackBerry and might not work in other 3rd party apps.

We suggest using method 1. You can assign a convenience key via: Settings -> Screen/Keyboard -> Right/Left Convenience key.

After the app took the screenshot you can send it via email by selecting a contact from the built in search (2nd input box from the top) or save it to your device (Menu -> Save).

 I'm unable to run this app.

You need a working SD-card with free space in your BlackBerry.

Please try to reboot (battery out and in again).

Next check if the app has all the rights it needs:

Go into options

-> Applications

-> Select the app

-> Press the "BB menu" key

-> Go into application permissions

-> Set everthing to "allowed"

Afterwards try again.
